It’s absolutely shameful behaviour that results from an extremely selfish and narrow viewed mindset, akin to that of a young child that has a vague understanding of the consequences of their actions but simply doesn’t care about them because they know someone’s going to make up for their bad attitude.
I mean… blame both. just because there’s cleaners you shouldn’t mess the place.
