Scottie is the top golfer in PGA, was arrested and released on way to his tee time. Officer bodycam was off. Scottie supposedly dragged an officer by car and was irate about traffic instructions(due to a crash he was not involved in). Officer hit Scottie during arrest.

Charges dropped and officer “counseled” regarding bodycam being off.

Anybody else remember the dozens of stories about how a car is a deadly weapon and the cop was completely justified in killing the driver?
