I wonder if this will still hold true if Trump ends US support for Ukraine.

Tbh the only way keeping Russia from taking Ukraine is starting to look like French, German, and British boots in Kyiv… I know France has been keen on it, and their military alone is enough to beat Russia imo. Fuck really wish we gave them our American made subs instead of Australia rn.

If Germany and France want to, they could wipe Russia of the map. It’s a matter of cost. I hope that the EU will pick up the military aid that the US doesn’t send under Trump, and allow Ukraine to continue the drone strikes with EU tech. Russian and NK armies only have enough soldiers that won’t defect…

Eat the rich, they are our true enemies. Power to the people.

Better be fast with it, at this point i have little doubt that turnip would go as far as sending in US troops to defend Russia

If Trump flees from Ukraine and Europe can support them without US help it would be a turning point.

These two are tiny little men. Putin, now emboldened with Trump onside, is going to dictate just how much of Eastern Europe, Russia wants now. It would be heartbreaking if not so fucking predictable. The United States did not do what should have been done to a rouge President committing criminal acts once he was out of power. If I were the head of state in Europe, staring down the barrel of a Russian land grab orgy, I’d consider taking a page from the Mossad, in both directions.

These are two of the most powerful men in the world. The US isnt as powerful as it would want you to believe. An allied Europe is a far bigger beast.

That EU strength must be applied against US instead of tilting at Russian windmills. Most of the CIA media in EU is telling us how desperate, more concessions, the EU is to bend further to lick DJT diaper.

The United States is the world’s only Superpower, both economically and militarily, when it’s support dries up, it will leave a giant gaping hole that cannot be filled with a myriad of squabbling European states, and we know this because, since the 1930’s it never has.

You couldn’t be further from the truth. I wonder what your sources are. Please keep in mind that most of the 'Murica circlejerk sources are the least factual of all. I know that it’s getting harder and harder to differentiate fake news and propaganda from factual news these days, but your statement is complete nonsense.

US power comes from alliances with a bunch of other pretty damn powerful countries. If it does too much to strain Canadian, EU, UK, Japanese, South Korean, and Taiwanese relationships, US power goes away.

Failure to continue to aid Ukraine weakens the value of US allyship to UK, EU, and Taiwan.

By definition of who? It’s a nice word the USA would like to use for itself, but in reality it has no more influence than China, the EU and the Commonwealth. The truth is, the US will forever be a western ally, even if Trump would erode that somewhat through his rash decision making.

let’s meet back here in 12 months to discuss. i wish you well, and if european leaders were serious about stopping the threat that now looms over them all, they’d fucking do something about, as the alternative, and just waiting to see how it plays out, will see nazis marching on paris again.

I highly doubt the US would invade France. Sure, let’s meet back here in 12 months. I hope you’ll manage during that time, with the massive recession around the corner and all the Trump decisions putting the US in a massive economical crisis. Better stock up on food, water and toiletpapier buddy! Please let me know what life is like under a totalitarian regime.

Having the war mongering US on your side sure is handy, but we’ll manage without. I’ve spent 15 years in the navy, I’ve seen the US operate. I rather have 3 Russian ships nearby then 1 US ship. What a bunch of dumb idiots they are. You could thank me, as I personally intervened to prevent a US ship to shoot down it’s own helo near the German coast. Never have I seen bigger idiots with guns then the US during my time in the navy. It’s not hard to believe me either I guess, seeing the convict nazi clown which just got re-elected.

Both the definition of ‘stupid’ and ‘egocentric’ is ‘US’ these days. It’s mainly the US making the comedy movie “Idiocracy” look like a documentary instead. You certainly help with that.

he said he expected the United States to “remain steadfast” in its support of Ukraine due to the strength of “bipartisan support” in the country.

Ridiculous. President/cabinet can end war by itself.

Ukraine accepted Russia’s peace plan early in the war. It was US loyalest puppy, Boris Johnson, that went to Kyiv to bribe and threaten Zelensky into backing out. Congress can’t stop Ukraine from accepting peace, and Europe was always going along with the war due to CIA cooption.
