In my experience, the vast majority of people don’t really care by themselves… they might look at hou a but funny because you look different and that’s what humans do, it’s mostly curiosity

The real issue is (as in most cases) is a small but very loud minority that want power for themselves and as always in history, it’s easiest to just vilify a small group that is different in some way, be it in their skin color, sexual preference, gender identity, religion, or whatever it is.

A few lies here, a little scare tactics there, and people start hating groups without really knowing why
