Overall definitely a step in the right direction. The quest is kind of weak compared to the season prior but the vampire powers are looking promising, haven’t fiddled with them atm. It looks like they’re trying to improve the lategame till 100 alot but I don’t see anything worthwhile after 100 except minmaxing. But I’m still at WT3 so don’t take my words for granted ^^

Update: I hoped for more… I’ve finished the season yesterday. On one hand it’s nice to farm bosses for the specific unique on the other side it destroys the grind completely… Last season I stopped playing a druid at level 87 or so because I was exhausted from not getting tempest roar. This season there was no challenge at all. Either it’s too easy or just uber lilith… In D3 you still could farm higher GRs for paragon and leaderboard.

In D4 I don’t see any reason to keep the game in my drive after completing the season journey

Its okay so far. Horsey is faster and stays fast. All my gems in my bank on eternal are garbage that can’t be upgraded, but some of the items I thought would disappear on season roll over remained. Vampire powers represent a pretty steep buff to character power atleast at the beginning. I am still leveling though, so I haven’t been able to experience too many of the QOL adjustments that were made for the higher tiers.

You can salvage the gems to fragments, which can be used to craft higher level of gems

I’ve gone back to levelling my eternal toon and it’s great. 2-3 nm dungeons for a full level. Also seem to be getting more relevant upgrades which is great.

I do think gold is a little too plentiful though. It’s great to be able to enchant over and over again but at the same time it’s removed the “weight” of the decision to do so. Tends to make it feel less meaningful and more fun to try to hit a relevant affix.

Overall good update, horse is really good now, so traversing map doesn’t become annoying. Leveling seems much faster, especially with season event (blood harvest?) that kinda like helltide with good density of monsters

The game speed is a “a bit” too fast now. Specially at lower levels. Both movement, animations, level up seem to be too fast. No time to look at choices for gear or abilities.

After level 20 m, it’s a big slow down on the level up. Grind fest again. I become compartively weaker for the mobs (maybe it’s due to the bonus of the altars you start with) I would prefer something spread more evenly.

Otherwise same game. I feel saw most of it and all that remain is replaying the same. Not really big differencr between biomes and between dungeons

The grind is still insane. Not as batshit crazy as it was but still insane.

The amount of players I’m seeing online has also fallen off a bit.

The story for this season was short as well.

The lag is still an issue.

Right now it’s make your own fun for me. But even that is wearing down. Sad I paid 70 dollars for it.

I wish there was an offline mode. I’m playing mostly solo anyway. Including world bosses and legion events. So do I not deserve a lag free experience?

Oh I hope they bring back the mercanaries you could hire. That’s all…
