Hi everyone, when I started playing I was playing with my Necro and I kept finding this mf every single dungeon I entered. Then I leveled up and finally killed him making him run in circles while he tried to hit me. Then I started my second character as a Rogue and now I’m level 65 and I haven’t met him a single time on the whole run.
I guess he either dead for good or scared of the DPS my rogue drops.
Has anyone experienced this?

I can get him about once every four hours or so. He almost always shows up when I am playing dungeons 3-4 levels higher than my character…

Please make sure to tag your posts in future with which game you’re talking about. In this case [D4]. :)
Nope. Just an odd string of RNGeesus for you. My buddy and I actually do want to see our homie for his higher chance for uniques. But he always spawns when you don’t expect it.
Do people look for this guy on purpose?! I nearly lost my hardcore campaign the first time I met him. Popped a mist and hit my scroll.
I don’t play on HC but yes. He is a loot piñata that you can easily underestimate and dance around. His loot is probably equal or higher in quality to a Treasure goblin. I’ve gotten plenty of uniques off of him.
You killed him properly.
Nah, it’s just random. I saw him in 3 consecutive dungeon runs in WT4 where I had zero chance of killing him. Now with an alt barbarian, I’ve levelled up to 55 and not seen him once.
Unrelated, but my druid is enough of a beast to face tank him 100-0 while pushing and I feel like not running from him bugs him out- he jumped me today and about 25% through the fight he just started running from me like a treasure goblin. Got quite the laugh out of it, almost makes up for all the times he’s jumped me on alts while I’m chasing goblins and training around half the dungeon behind me…
I’m level 71 on the alt and still no sights of him. Not one single time in the whole run. This is starting to get weird.
Finally at level 72 I met him and greeted him with proper DPS. He started running from me. I bet I’m not going to see him again in a while.
