Hey I was just lookin into Immich, whats some hoops or caveats before I have to debug like I had to with Frigate?

So whos the pedo now Elon?
I won’t ever get over him larping as a child and tweeting as if he’d want himself as a father.
So they deserve to be attacked… find a hole and sit in it for a long, long time. Maybe some self reflectance will find its way up your limited mind.
Yknow sometimes it’ll cross my mind that this is a farce, that really it can’t be that bad. But then I remember the backlash when windows 7 started doing online checks, and why I switched my computer before 11 was released. And I try to remember the last time my PC annoyed the shit out of me… yeah since I had windows.
MSNBC’s just been giving the worst of takes, they’re even using some definition of “woke” now - which I still don’t know wtf it means
Well now I just feel bad for the team behind teams 🤣
With how much goddamn investor money they got it should be as close to perfect as possible, IMHO. We’ve had like 2 decades to perfect interacting online, I don’t think its a technical challenge anymore.
I dont know… SharePoint has pissed me the hell off too, its a close one
What are they protesting CNN?
Journalist malpractice to not call 'em what they are.
Kinda lowballed and got an RX6600, honestly pretty chuffed how well it runs LLMs compared to my 2060. Still last gen, but admittedly I’ve only been playing factorio as of late, and Im not so graphics focused
I had an R5 1600x basically since it released, and I appreciate the socket lasted so long. I might as well go full AMD at this point, you’ve convinced me
555 drivers have given me a couple issues on my main PC, I’ve heard of some issues with newer cards but I figure its just a matter of time before better drivers. I haven’t had to touch pci passthroughs yet and I was unsure if theres more a challenge on server hardware with Nvidia, but it sounds like I’ll be happy to have CUDA
Xeon E5-2640 unfortunately does not, though still an upgrade of what I have now. Stream limit seems entirely configurable, so that will be just a matter of stress testing.
Won’t lie I always forget about all the new CPU hardware acceleration after using decade old hardware for so long 😅
I didn’t even realize CUDA had a weight on LLMs, thank you!
If I had feared about nvidia drivers, I wouldn’t have been using Linux for 4 years straight now. Mint supported my 1060 and 2060 before now, PopOS was fantastic aside from a quirk with waking the screens with the 2060, and honestly those issues have worsened with AMD now. Admittedly I haven’t tried much to remedy it as it’s as simple as turning off my monitors.
But if you never try, you can never know 🤷♂️
