So you’re complaining, but you don’t know what you’re complaining about. Got it.
Biden should just…do something…something that we don’t know…but something? Got it.
Biden should get right on that.

Does it matter? They can’t do anything, good or bad, if they lose. Can’t win without lying, cheating, and stealing in America. Voters just made that very apparent.
I mean, do you have issues with reading comprehension?
I pointed out that it was justified because Donald Trump explicitly stated he would target his political opponents. That’s all the justification Biden needed to pardon his son.
Who did you vote for?
because y’all are being violent.
Being glad a bad person is gone isn’t being violent. This man chose to take part in what is widely known to be a predatory and sometimes lethal system that can literally place people into poverty. And he chose to take part in an integral way near the top of that structure. He helped perpetuate it from the top.
These are not good people.
The gunman was violent. Anyone that’s glad or indifferent is not.
None of you know anything about this man aside from his occupation.
I mean that’s kind of the point, right?
Americans pay more for healthcare than any other country in the world. And that healthcare might be good, if you make it through all the barriers first. And you could be dead before that happens. If you even have healthcare after the incoming administration does what they plan on doing.
People are getting fed up and there are only going to be more desperate Americans going forward. Things are not going to get better. Expect more headlines like this in the future.
Oh we’ll have elections. They’ll just have that “Russia” flavor to them. The kind of elections where you don’t really need to have them.
Lol.
None of this matters.
We know, definitively, that the rule of law does not apply to select individuals in this country. It’s not a hypothetical anymore. There are people simply above the law in our society. Which makes our justice system a sham from top to bottom. We’re no better than any other oligarchy, despite the lifetime of propaganda we’ve been subjected to in order to make us believe otherwise.
Buckle up. We’re the new Russia. Only goes downhill from here.
but democrats refuse to take advantage of their power for our sake.
I agree that they could do more. But I also acknowledge that they’ve done WAY more for us than the Republican party has. I don’t vote for perfect. I vote for better.
He’s just doing this for his own sake.
I’m ok with him pardoning his son. First of all, Trump threatened to go after his political opponents if he won. That’s a threat to Biden’s son. So Biden did something about it. Secondly, Biden was, by all metrics, a solid president. And Americans told him and his party to fuck off and re-hired a twice impeached convicted felon and rapist who incited an insurrection and illegally attempted to overturn an election. We treated Biden like shit. He doesn’t owe us anything additional. I think it’s fine to take this small victory to protect his son from unwarranted threats and then retire.
since democrats would’ve had a much better chance if biden stepped down earlier
I agree. But I also have a pretty low opinion of Americans, so I don’t know if it would have mattered in the end.
So?
Trump explicitly stated he’d go after his political opponents of he won. That’s a threat against Biden’s son. So Biden protected his son. It was justified because of Trump’s threat.
And it’s not like nepotism is new. Trump put his family members in official White House positions when he was president. And we just gleefully re-elected that guy. So you’ll see it again, with full support from American voters.
Have you considered becoming an adult and making adult decisions? That means picking the lesser of two evils. If you’re an adult, you know that this is something you have to do repeatedly throughout your life to limit the amount of suffering you have to endure.
This election had millions of voters stay at home, not vote third party genius
Roughly 150 million people voted. Initial reports indicate that around 2% voted 3rd party. That comes out to 3 million. If you don’t think 3 million votes make a difference, you’re braindead af.
The working class didn’t vote to win. They voted to lose.
Yup.
A few weeks before the election Trump and Musk sat down and had a televised discussion in which they they talked about how they hated unions and didn’t respect worker rights.
Then working class Americans voted them into power.
We voted against ourselves in the most blatant election ever. We are not a smart society. We deserve to lose.
If they truly believe that then beat him to the punch and do some official acts to keep him and his cronies from power.
Like what? If you’re going to complain, do you have any ideas?
Just takes care of his own and fuck everyone else.
Lol. By all metrics Biden was a good president. Then Americans told him and his party to fuck off and re-hired a twice impeached convicted felon and rapist who incited an insurrection and illegally attempted to overturn an election. He doesn’t owe Americans anything. We treated him like shit. He deserves to have this small win and then retire. He already spent 4 years passing meaningful legislation and then got dropped like garbage. He doesn’t owe you shit.
Yup. He pardoned Roger Stone too.
And Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon.
And these losers are crying about Biden pardoning his son after Trump explicitly stated he would go after his political opponents if he won.
Literal clowns with clown noses.
My point is that pardoning his son does nothing to help us win.
Yeah, but who cares? Why does it have to have anything to do with us? His political opponent openly stated he would go after his political opponents if he won. That’s a threat against him and his son. It’s totally understandable for Biden to protect his son under those circumstances. It’s also not abnormal at all. Presidents pardon people, including real asshole pieces of shit, all the time at the end of their terms. Trump pardoned Roger Stone. Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon. Despite right wing propaganda, Biden was a solid president. And America told him and his party to fuck off and re-hired a twice impeached convicted felon and rapist who incited an insurrection and illegally attempted to overturn an election. Biden doesn’t owe us anything. We were assholes to Biden. How pathetic is it of us to whine about him helping us now at the very end, after we fucked him over? I’m totally fine with him having this small personal win and then retiring.
he had okay policy
It was more than OK. He was a STRONG president for workers. For unions. We have less inflation than almost any other country on the planet after a global pandemic.
that ended on a note of losing the fucking country to fascism.
Excuse me. How is this Joe Biden’s fault and not the fault of Americans? It seems like you want to place the blame that belongs squarely on Americans on Joe Biden’s shoulders. Joe Biden isn’t some scapegoat, despite America trying to make him one. It’s not Joe Biden’s fault Americans are stupid and irresponsible.
Probably because you haven’t read very much.
Which part specifically though?
The FACT that Democrats have a voting history proving they regularly vote in favor of the working class? The FACT that Democrats are historically better for our economy and the data to prove that exists? Or the brand new FACT that to win an election in the United States you have to lie, cheat, and steal?
You literally vote for specific people in the US, unlike in many countries where you vote for parties. That’s the whole point of your incredibly flawed representatives system. Saying people should vote Harris because of her party is like saying people should buy the terrible and useless apple vision because other apple products are good.
If you don’t think a party gains power by their represenative becoming president, I’m not really sure how to proceed with explaining it to you.
To most people, those sound like red flags, not advantages.
Refer to my comment about Americans being STUPID. Then check her resume. She spent A LOT of time going after assholes that made people’s lives harder.
why should anyone believe those accusations
Because they aren’t accusations. They are facts. And facts matter. Not to stupid Americans, but to some people out there in the world.
Principles don’t win in America. And you can call it personal corruption while someone else calls it protecting their son from a proto-fascist leader that specifically targeted him and made it clear he’d go after his political opponents.
No he didn’t. Americans did. Why does it all always have to be Biden’s fault? Is personal responsibility not a thing anymore? Something bad happens. Biden’s fault. Nah, Americans failed. Not Biden.
Lol. Go ahead and Google “US presidents who didn’t seek re-election”. There are none in the modern era. The fact he did it at all is impressive. Was it late in the game, yeah. The main complaint was that he was old. But so was the dipshit that just won, so that’s not a great argument against him. Personally, I don’t think it would have made a difference. Americans are stupid and don’t understand inflation or its causes. They vote with their wallet and got mad because prices are high and they’re too stupid to grasp that prices are high for the rest of the world too and we’re actually doing well compared to most other countries. Trump was probably going to win no matter what.
