Thank you, the recent surrogacy ban is taking a right away from unions, correct?
Which implies that before said ban, unions and marriages were one step closer to the same right.
You listed only differences. What are the similarities? Are taxation and inheritance significantly different? Are property and financial benefits different?
It sounds like the pedantic difference is that union is marriage for same sex couples, and that now they’ve stripped rights from same sex couples. (Which they could do either goddamn way, since these fascists can just redefine same-sex marriage at any time anyway).
What legal differences are there between unions and marriages in Italy?
Old school Mac users huff nitrous from beach balls, the tide pod thing is just iOS users.
It’s long overdue time to eat the fucking rich.
There always is. 404 media did an article about applying to 1000s of jobs in a weekend with one.
He appeared startled? Those cops are fucking stupid.
Somewhere there 4kg more. The see no evil and hear no evils gnomes specifically.
Where are all the anti democrats? Aren’t they supposed to be upset and finding something wrong with this news?
Especially if the claim ownership of the Infowars account. They should be added to the debtors for the Sandy Hook families.
Ahh that’s nice, I bought the 2015 right after the Touch Bar pros went in sale because of the “you only need USB c now” ethos.
I later inherited a Touch Bar MacBook Pro, and it has frequent charging problems with USB C.
It’s gonna be time for an upgrade in a couple more years, and it’s nice to know that the new MBPs are sane again.
Was just using a new ROG something something laptop for a job. The power connector is some little rectangle thing and it almost fit in a USBc. I was surprised when it was unique. 1 wire aint happening on that.
Apple brought back the mag charger.
I wish it still had the SD reader and one A port, but it doesn’t really come up that often. Just 3D printing and only because I’m too lazy to set up a octoprint server or whatever.
Fortunately, Firefox still supports old Macs. I have a running 2011 MacBook and 2008 iMac that are both still used for 3D printing and the other for an old local version of accounting software and email respectively.
And the apartments we rented in the past had shitty inefficient heating systems (gas converted oil burners and baseboard heat that cost us a fortune every winter (7-8 months a year).
Now I’m looking at installing solar and a heat pump. Not something I could have done in a rental. The asshole landlord wouldn’t even fix the sink drain.
Yeah I feel like Joplin proved that all wrong too.
Was the idea that tall buildings might break up wind shear that would feed the tornado?
Roll over, roll over🎶
Yeah there was a lot of really nice design going on at the time. This looks like the discount cases from the early 90s clones.
Thanks to this thread TIL it was one of the few serious competitors to ATTs monopoly.
Southern Pacific Communications and introduction of Sprint
Sprint also traces its roots back to the Southern Pacific Railroad (SPR), which was founded in the 1860s as a subsidiary of the Southern Pacific Company (SPC). The company operated thousands of miles of track as well as telegraph wire that ran along those tracks. In the early 1970s, the company began looking for ways to use its existing communications lines for long-distance calling. This division of the business was named the Southern Pacific Communications Company. By the mid 1970s, SPC was beginning to take business away from AT&T, which held a monopoly at the time. A number of lawsuits between SPC and AT&T took place throughout the 1970s; the majority were decided in favor of increased competition.Prior attempts at offering long-distance voice services had not been approved by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), although a fax service (called SpeedFAX) was permitted..
In the mid-1970s, SPC held a contest to select a new name for the company. The winning entry was “SPRINT”, an acronym for “Southern Pacific Railroad Internal Networking Telephony”.
Lock picking it open is probably the best choice, or just dragging it away with a stolen Kia.
Don’t forget microplastics mass producer and distribution polluter.
